We are back and better than ever! This week we had the pleasure of interviewing  Raheem Sealey, Executive Chef of KYU Restaurant. Raheem is not only an Executive Chef at KYU but an entrepreneur! Raheem excitedly boasted about what he loved about his job, his favorite meal and how supportive KYU is in his business endeavor, the Drinking Pig. He also discussed the family atmosphere at KYU and his humble beginnings. He then shared his biggest failure and how being brave / putting one foot forward can combat fear.
