On episode 41 of Real World Talks we had the pleasure of interviewing Benjamin Collins, Director of Human Resources at Boucher Brothers, the brand on the sand! He described his company in three words and debunked misconceptions about the human resources department, often compared to the principal’s office. On this episode he goes in depth on what Boucher Brothers represents and why someone should choose a career with them. Benjamin also spoke about how he leads and motivates his team despite obstacles and guided us on important lessons in life.
