“It’s not where you start, but where you finish that counts”! On Episode 42 of Real-World Talks, we had a former student and wonderful partner of the Chaplin school, Camila Garcia’14, Colleague Experience Director of Hyatt Regency Miami as our guest. Camilla spoke about not knowing what she wanted to do as a student and how her career path led her to her passion in human resources. She also provided “go to” advice for students and eagerly spoke about Hyatt, the importance of giving back, joining different organizations, and what she loves the most about her job!
